NOTICE OF MEETING

You are hereby summoned to a meeting of the above named council, which will be held at Cracroft Village Hall, West Keal on Wednesday 22nd January 2020 at 7.00 pm.

Public and press are welcome to attend.

Fifteen minutes are allocated if needed prior to the business below for members of the public to ask questions or make short statements to the council.

This meeting is following the meeting from 15th January where the council was not quorate.

  4. The notes from the meeting of the Council held on Wednesday 4th December 2019 (attached) to be approved as Minutes and signed by the Chairman
  5. To approve payment of accounts: - 
    1. Village Hall (January) - £17.50 (PAID)
    2. Church clock donation – PCC attended last meeting at councils request but not enough members to make a decision.
  6. To approve the budget and precept for 2020-2021 – See attached budget
  7. To note general correspondence
  8. The co-option of potential candidate’s present – 1 vacancy, 1 registered interest.
  9. To note all planning applications
  10. Highways matters – Any problems to report
  11. To receive reports from representatives of outside bodies or local organisations

  1. Date of next meeting – The next meeting is scheduled for 25th March 2020. All meetings commence at 7:00 p.m. at Cracroft village hall West Keal. Meeting in sept changed from 16th to the 9th due to double booking.
