Minutes taken by the Parish Clerk, Mrs Deborah Money, at the Parish Council Meeting of West Keal and Keal Cotes Parish Council, held on Wednesday 03 June 2026, in Cracroft Village Hall, West Keal commencing at 7.00 pm.

Present: Councillors, Julia Roughton (Chair), Margaret Rickard, and the Clerk Deborah Money

Apologies Councillor Phil Heaton.  No Apologies were received from Councillors Rowntree, Watson and Rennie.

Also present: County Councillor Roberts.

Public Forum: One Members of the public present.

1. Quorum Check

The Clerk reported that the meeting was not quorate, as fewer than three councillors were present.

3. Adjournment

In accordance with Standing Orders, no business was transacted.The meeting was declared inquorate and adjourned 1920.
